MeritKing Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the MeritKing platform — whether through the website at meritking.vin or through the dedicated mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use the platform.

These terms form a binding agreement between you as a player and MeritKing as the platform operator. They apply to all games, betting markets, promotions, bonuses, payment transactions and any other services offered through MeritKing. 2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and play on MeritKing, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. MeritKing is an adult entertainment platform and does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual for personal recreational use — not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when creating your account. This includes your real name, date of birth, email address and contact details.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended MeritKing account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must be using your own payment methods — not those belonging to another person — for all deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

MeritKing reserves the right to request proof of identity, age or address at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. Players who cannot provide satisfactory documentation when requested may have their account suspended until the verification process is completed.

3. Account Responsibilities

Once your MeritKing account is created, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within it. This includes all bets placed, games played, bonuses claimed and transactions made — regardless of whether the activity was carried out by you directly or by someone using your login credentials.

You must keep your username and password secure. Do not share your login details with anyone else. MeritKing will not be held responsible for any losses, compromised bonuses or unauthorised transactions resulting from you sharing account access with another person.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact MeritKing support immediately. You should also change your password without delay.

It is your responsibility to keep your account information accurate and up to date. If your contact details, payment method or personal information changes, you should update your account accordingly. Outdated or incorrect account details can delay withdrawals and affect your ability to receive important notifications.

4. Deposits & Payments

MeritKing accepts deposits in PKR through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as indicated on the deposit page. The available methods may vary over time as the platform updates its payment options.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account using their payment method — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds may be withheld and the account flagged for review.

Minimum deposit amounts apply and are shown on the deposit screen. There is no processing fee charged by MeritKing on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Deposits are credited to your MeritKing balance in PKR. The platform does not charge currency conversion fees because all transactions are already in rupees. Once a deposit has been processed and credited, it cannot be reversed.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the deposit where possible. If the original deposit method cannot receive withdrawals, MeritKing support will advise on the available options for your account.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. These are displayed on the withdrawal request screen and may differ depending on your payment method and VIP tier. VIP members at Gold, Platinum and Diamond levels receive priority processing on withdrawal requests, which generally means faster settlement times.

Before your first withdrawal — or at any point MeritKing's verification team deems necessary — you may be required to submit identity documents as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This is standard across online gaming platforms and is required to protect players and prevent fraud. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Winnings that include a bonus component cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are complete will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being removed from your balance, with only the remaining real-money balance released for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

MeritKing offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses and VIP rewards. General bonus rules that apply across all MeritKing promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household and per device unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.
• MeritKing reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn while a player is actively working through the wagering requirement, the accumulated progress will be honoured up to the point of withdrawal.
• Wagering on certain game types — typically low-risk games such as specific table game strategies — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards bonus wagering requirements. The contribution breakdown is listed on each promotion.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, arbitrage, matched betting using platform funds, or use of multiple accounts will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed for potential suspension.

7. Gameplay Rules

All casino games, live casino tables, fish games and bingo available on MeritKing operate according to the rules defined by the game provider. These rules are accessible within each game. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or software error during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided. MeritKing will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputed game outcomes fairly. Where a game result cannot be verified due to a technical issue, the default position is to refund the stake for that round. Winnings from rounds affected by confirmed software errors may be voided.

MeritKing does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific game or game type. Games may be removed, updated or temporarily unavailable due to provider maintenance, licensing changes or platform updates. No compensation is owed for the unavailability of a specific game.

8. Sports Betting

Sports betting on MeritKing covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series and domestic tournaments — alongside football, esports and other international sports markets. Odds are subject to change up until the start of the event, and in-play odds fluctuate in real time.

Bets placed on an event after the official start time — in markets that are not designated as in-play — will be voided and the stake returned. It is your responsibility to confirm the match status before placing a bet.

In cases where an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the result can be determined under the applicable betting rules, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Where sufficient play has occurred to determine a result under the defined rules of that market, the result will stand.

MeritKing reserves the right to limit bet amounts on specific markets, suspend markets during live events, or void bets where there is clear evidence of data or pricing errors. Obvious errors in odds — such as a clear keying mistake resulting in mispriced markets — will not be honoured and affected bets will be voided with stakes refunded.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MeritKing platform. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, voiding of relevant winnings and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in doing so.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live casino games or poker-format games.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Using funds that originate from illegal activity on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute a deposit transaction while retaining associated bonus credits or winnings.
• Placing bets on behalf of other people using your MeritKing account.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

MeritKing may suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion if there is a suspected or confirmed breach of these terms, evidence of fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, or any other conduct that is deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account balance will be restricted. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and access to the balance restored. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the activity.

Players who wish to close their own MeritKing account can do so by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure — net of any outstanding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements — will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method.

11. Responsible Gaming

MeritKing is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform is intended for adults who use it as a form of entertainment within their means. Gaming should never be used as a method to generate income or recover financial losses.

13. Limitation of Liability
